For the past several years DFW Collie Rescue had a site that functioned
soley as a contact source for site visitors. The site was rarely updated
making the search for available collies virtually impossible. Navigation
on the site didn't work well. Neither did the site portray the love
and care that Carolyn Edgmon gives her ever-growing family of new found
collies. The site needed to give adequate information to prospective
families about life with a collie to help future adoptive families whether
a collie would be the best choice for them.

LGC analyzed their situation and organized the main navigation information on the front page in pictorial display form. This allowed visitors to quickly assess where they needed to go which greatly solved the navigation problem. We provided ample space for information and areas on the site where additional information could be downloaded about collie ownership with all of its joys and challenges. We provided an easy way for donations to be given online with the security of PayPal for people unfamiliar with their organization.
The ResultsThe result is a fully functioning site that allows ease of navigation
while giving visitors a chance to see Carolyn Edgmon's photography talents.
DFW Collie Rescue's site is visited frequently by prospective collie
owners and by those who want to keep up with the latest news happening
at DFW Collie Rescue. We imagine that the collies think that change
is a great one for them too!

What's New:
"I had an existing website but the person designing the
site did not finish it or complete the items I wanted on it. Lena was
more than willing to work with me and incorporate all the info I wanted
on the site...The site is free of clutter, which many rescue sites are
not, and she made it easy to navigate from page to page. I am very happy
with the work Lena did and everyone who views it and makes comments
remark what a great website it is."
